Interaction with regional audit institutions

Joint and parallel control and expert and analytical engagements are carried out in accordance with the Standard for Organizing Activities of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation SOD 11 "Organization of Interaction of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation with the Audit Institutions of the Constituent Entities and Municipalities of the Russian Federation, including within Joint Parallel Control and Expert Analytical Engagements."

The document was developed in accordance with Article 35 of Federal Law No. 41-FZ “On the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation” dated April 5, 2013.

The standard defines the characteristics, rules, and procedures for organizing and implementing the interaction of the Accounts Chamber with the regional audit institutions of the constituent entities and municipalities of the Russian Federation.

The standard establishes:

• The objective and principles of interaction with regional audit institutions
• The composition of participants in interaction with regional audit institutions
• The areas of interaction with regional audit institutions and its forms
• The procedure for organizing and interacting with regional audit institutions

The RAI Portal has implemented the Engagement Management service designed to ensure the planning and holding of joint and parallel control and expert and analytical engagements by the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and regional audit institutions.

The service contains two blocks “Engagement Planning” and “Engagement Management.”
